Dear Participants of the 9th Spring International Bellydance Competition,

Below, you will find detailed guidelines for the competition, workshops, and the Mega Oriental Show.

WORKSHOPS – SATURDAY, MARCH 22, 2025

The workshops will take place at the "Ancient Olive Grove Campus Conference Center" (P. Ralli & Thivon 250, Aigaleo – Near "Aigaleo" Metro Station – Bus 852 – Free Open Parking).

🔹 Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of each workshop.

• Pop Song | 14:00 – 16:00
• Drum Solo | 16:30 – 18:30

✔ All workshop participants should bring soft dance shoes and, if they wish, Oriental belts or scarves.
✔ The Conference Center’s café will be open throughout the Workshops, Show, and Competition.

MEGA ORIENTAL SHOW – SATURDAY, MARCH 22, 2025

The show will also take place at the Ancient Olive Grove Campus Conference Center, starting at 20:30.

COMPETITION – SUNDAY, MARCH 23, 2025

The competition will be held at the Ancient Olive Grove Campus Conference Center. Please arrive on time.

🔹 Competition starts at 10:00 on Sunday, March 23, 2025.
🔹 Arrival times for competitors:

• Part A: Arrive no later than 09:00
• Part B: Arrive no later than 13:00
• Part C: Arrive no later than 16:00

⚠ IMPORTANT!
To avoid overcrowding, there will be two Award Ceremonies:

• Around 13:30 for Part A competitors
• Around 20:00 for Part B & C competitors

✔ MUSIC SUBMISSION:

• Please bring your music on a USB stick as a precaution. Phones will NOT be accepted!
• Due to previous issues, your USB must contain only your music files in MP3 or WAV format.
• File name format: Your Name & Competition Category.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

📸 Video Recording & Photography during the Competition and Show.

• Video per performance:

  • €20 if ordered after March 31, 2025.
• Photography by top professionals (Winners.gr) – you can choose and purchase printed or digital photos during the Competition and Show.
